From energetic vinyasa flows, to breath-focussed kundalini, or chilled-out meditation. We offer a range of classes suitable for all skill levels and interests, whether you have years of experience or are brand new to the practice.  Please see class descriptions below.



Thursday |  6:00 - 7:00pm

Conscious Flow is a class curated to connect body and soul, while relaxing the mind. The class will invite release and fluidity in motion through sequences created to link breath and movement, while leaving space for exploration. The objective is to deepen awareness and connection through a state of ease, setting the soul that lives within free.  Everyone is welcome!




Saturday |  9:30 - 10:30am

Have fun in this energetic flow class, guaranteed to make you sweat! Dynamic flow synchronizes breath with movement to create flowing sequences of energy.  Benefits of this class include building internal heat, increased detoxification and improved cardiovascular function.  All levels are welcome!




Thursday |  7:30 - 8:30pm

Mindfulness Meditation is a mental training practice that involves focussing your mind on experiences.  Discover techniques that can benefit many aspects of your life as you take them from the cushion into your daily life. Each week we will delve into a different meditation technique to help develop the three core skills of:

- Concentration

- Sensory Clarity

- Equanimity

You will also be guided in how to grow your own personal practice. Ideal for the newbie, the skeptic as well as seasoned meditators.  Each week we will take the opportunity to unwrap a new technique through a guided practice, then some classic silent practice, followed by questions and discussion.



KARMA YOGA (community class)

Saturday |  12:30 - 1:30pm

Culture Athletics' Karma Yoga is a passion project taught by a network of instructors from across the city.  All of which are donating their time for the love and practice of yoga.

This donations-based class welcomes all levels and skills.  A one-hour vinyasa flow that will work up a sweat, then leave you feeling relaxed. We will explore standing and floor postures, balancing, inversions, backbends and hip openers.  And of course, we will include a super chill shavasana!  Learn new skills and expand your practice.




Tuesday |  12:00 - 1:15pm

This class will have you moving freely, breathing deeply, using sound, and ultimately creating an experience unlike any other you've had before. Each session will explore a range of modalities from building strength to gaining a greater sense of calmness. Ultimately, you will leave with a fresh perspective on what the lessons of yoga have to offer. Connect with your most authentic self and connect with new friends. All levels are welcome.




Tuesday  |  10:00 - 11:00am

In this class, we explore the relationship between movement and breath through slower flows and held postures. We apply fundamentals of mindfulness to an active asana practice, developing tools that are useful on and off the mat. We build strength, stretch and mobilize areas of tension, and calm the mind. Expect a combination of breath work, active postures, and some sweet restorative poses.




Tuesday + Wednesday |  6:00 - 7:00pm

Deeply Connect with your body, mind and soul in this energetic vinyasa class which offers a fresh playlist every week! Soul, neosoul, funk, rnb + hip hop tunes will elevate the energy and keep you flowing with ease.  Expect to explore your authentic self through movement, meditation and connection. 




Sunday |  11:00am - 12:00pm

Reconnect to your senses and relax with this welcoming 60 minute yoga flow and soundbath, suitable for beginners.  Take time away from the business of life to sync your breath to mindful movements, as you tune inward and unwind. 
You will work through a gentle flowing sequence, loosening up and stretching your limbs, before settling into a deep shivasana accompanied by the live sounds of crystal bowls and hand pan played by your instructor.  This class will use the meditative qualities of live sound to deepen feelings of peace, well-being and tranquility. 



Wednesday |  12:00 - 1:00pm

Thursday |  10:00 - 11:00am

This classic vinyasa class welcomes all levels and skills. During our one hour together, you will build heat and sweat. While listening to relaxing music, we will explore standing and floor postures, balancing, backbends and hip openers. Class will end with a shavasana leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed! 




Saturday |  11:00am - 12:00pm

Yoga is a must for those who love to run!  Each week's class will focus on upper body strength, lower body flexibility, balance and stability.  The class will also feature breathing techniques for relaxation, detoxification and improved lung capacity.  Open to both runners and non-runners, all levels are welcome.
